It wasn’t too long ago that I started on this fitness journey. I knew I needed to do something to reverse the ever-increasing weight I was putting on my body. I had been exercising haphazardly, but I hadn’t changed my diet. It was time to make some drastic changes. This is when Mike and I found Beachbody. To say it worked miracles for me would be wrong, because it has actually been a lot of hard work. But with the help of the Beachbody programs such as Power 90, Power 90 Masters Series and ChaLEAN Extreme, I was able to do what needed to be done and change the course of my own health and fitness.

As my weight dropped, and my body became leaner, people started noticing, and asking me questions. In the course of any of these conversations, I couldn’t help but mention Beachbody. The Beachbody program is what got me here. The support, knowledge and friendship I’ve found on the Beachbody Message Board is what kept me going and motivated when it didn’t seem like I was making progress. I knew Beachbody had the right formula to help anyone, and more importantly, I found that I wanted to share this information with everyone, because I had come to finally realize how much better a fit and healthy lifestyle is.

This is when Mike and I decided to become Beachbody coaches, even though neither of us have any experience at all in network marketing. We found that we were talking to so many people, both offline and on, encouraging people to get started in an exercise program, and helping them to make the right nutrition decisions, that we knew it made sense to officially become Beachbody coaches. It’s the right fit, at the right time for us, and right now, Beachbody is also growing and becoming a power-house in the health and nutrition arena, so it’s also the right company. In fact, Direct Selling News, a publication which serves executives in the direct selling industry, published this focal point article about Beachbody and it’s relatively new coaching opportunity.
