It was a gorgeous day, so Mike and I went out for a run/walk today. I didn’t want to push it too hard, since I’m not eating enough carbs for a good run, so we ran a bit and then walked. But not it’s time to eat. An interesting statistic for you - up to this point today, I have eaten 530 calories, but I burned off 509 calories with my exercise. I would say it’s time to eat!
