Although I hadn’t been feeling that hungry when I talked to you about breakfast, the hunger pangs crept up on me very quickly after that. I managed to hold off until 11:00 for my snack of almonds, however, since I want to be able to wait until 1:00 for lunch.

Today was breakfast on the run. I had to head to school first thing in the morning to volunteer, so I made a strawberry - banana protein shake and hit the road. I’m feeling very positive and determined today to see the rest of the week through - just two more days!
